The support agent can see and control your PC in real-time as though he or she were sitting right in front of it. If necessary, files needed for diagnostics or repairs to your system can also be transferred to your PC via the remote application very quickly.

Once your issues are resolved and the support session has completed, the remote application will be terminated and further access to your PC becomes impossible.
