Nothing has gone wrong with it. They didn't even know me and took the time to help me out.  Like I said before,once done with  the computer, it  has run better and faster without any problems whatsoever. Not only did they take the time to fix it, they added things that he felt I would enjoy. A couple of days ago my internet  explorer quit working all together. I knew that I could trust MediaVice and once again called for help. They took the time at about 8 pm  at night when the office was already closed and gave me a call. Within an hour my computer was up and running again. Now I don't  know a lot about computers so someone would have  to be really patient with me. Believe me the people at MedaVice are.
